Zip Pizza was founded 1945 under the name Pagani's Pizzeria, by Antonio Pagani, and it was THE place to visit in Santa Monica. The pizzeria was passed down from generation to generation until 1960, when large pizza chains started to crop up. Bruno Pagani, the owner of Pagani's at the time, decided in order to beat the competition, the pizzeria would have to expand it's reach and go delivery. In 1962, delivery became the main attraction. In 1990, Pagani's renamed itself to Zip Pizza and delivered smiles and full bellies all the way until 1995, where it would unfortunately shut down. That is, until now. ZIP PIZZA IS BACK IN BUSINESS and once again delivering smiles with a speed never seen before!
Finally! A Pizza Place in this town that isn't afraid of adding Pineapple to Hawaiian Pizza, will be going back here again, the Staff was Very nice, with quick and easy delivery, and their Wings are absolutely Amazing!
Uhggg Id give this 0 stars if theyd let me. I ordered the AB- special with a large hot salami, reaper x, and pineapple pizza. It took 2 hours to arrived, and i got O+ and a margherita pizzs. Called to complain, was told no refunds and thats what i ordered. I will not be going back.
Best fuckin PIZZA in LOS ANGELES ... been goin here since it opend in 19XX !!!!!!! Makez me feel OLD !!!!!! If ur feelin ADVENTURUS u shld try the 1 that knocked my buddy out w 1 HIT back in 92 !!!!!! they recently put it BACK on the menu so he can DO IT AGAIN ... if he lastz long enuf hahaha !!!!!!!!! quick srvc n cute wait staff ... b sure u TIP !!!!
the girl at the front counter was cute but seemed a little clueless. ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza with their o neg sauce and marinara. it took a little longer than i expected but it was good and filling on a budget as tight as mine. friend likes the hawaiian pizza a lot and he and i go all the time. point only got taken off because of the one time we dealt with the owner. serious weirdo.
